i'm unable to use internet on my pc .as it shows an error of preventing the execution of win 32 generic host services .. when i opened the technical report it says two paths of files ......

C:\DOCUM~1\vineet\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERacfc.dir00\appcompat.txt

C:\DOCUM~1\vineet\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERacfc.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp




what are these files i dun know .. how this problem can be resolved .?? please answer me . i really need to use internet onm my pc ....are these viruses or kindda something ????? help me

Considering they are in the Temp folder, they are most likely viruses. System processes will never point to files in temp folders.

Delete all files in that temp folder and reboot.
You might want to run Malwarebytes anti-malware/spyware program. I found it does a good job.
