I want to connect to an XP Home Edition computer that is not on my network, from my XP Professional computer? I have downloaded the most recent version of ULTRAvnc but have had no luck figuring out how to actually make this happen. Any suggestions?

The port that VNC uses will need to be forwarded on the remote networks main router. You will then need to know the remote networks internet IP, not the internal computers IP. You will also need to make sure any firewalls are configured to allow that port through on both ends of the connection.
