I have an Ultra XVS 600W Power Supply. But it make small electrical noises as if it is being worked hard. Ive never heard these sounds from any of my other psu's. Or is this just too small of a wattage psu for my setup? I am over clocking both my video card and my cpu. Wondering if anyone had any thoughts.

Ultra does not have a good name! those are high power parts, especially if overclocked. If PSU fails, it may well take other parts with it. Install Speedfan, it will show PSU voltages. You have spent hundreds of $s on this system and used a $30 PSU!!! I reccomend returning to stock speed until you can fit a quality PSU.

What is "small electrical sounds"?

Offhand I'd speculate that your particular system with it's particular current:rail power distribution, happens to be putting the inductors into a resonant frequency. Maybe not, there's not much point in further speculation till we have more info. A "sound" is not in itself necessarily a reason to abandon a PSU, but it's your $$, if you want to replace it, go ahead.

Please elaborate "sounds". Is it more like a humming or does it sound sparkly? If the latter is the case I'd suggest not using that PSU anymore...
