Will you use the same copy on both systems or you'll remove it from the old one?

NO!
If you want to use it on the new one, first you need to remove it from the old one.
When you install on the new one it will fail activation and you will have to phone Microsoft to explain that it has been removed from the old one in order to get a new activation code.
If it's an OEM copy the licence is not transferrable.

Hi Ghislain,
Thank for your answer, What's the difference if I use the same copy on both systems?

Unless it's a corporate license, Jonmor's is correct. You can't have it registered on several systems and that's why I asked if you'll remove it from the old one. If you want to keep it on the old system, then buy another license for the new system.

Hi Jonmor,
Thanks for your help! So, I should remove it first from my old one, then install on the new one; in order to get the new activation code, do you know Microsoft phone number?

The Microsoft phone number for your area, will be displayed when you select activate by phone.
