when i start my computer the screen go blank and restart over again?

That's pretty vague.

What are your system specs? Do you get the BSOD?

This is likely hardware related.

same thing happened to me on the computer i just built. I was overclocking and just turned down the overclock 100 mhz. Are you overclocking? if so..try that and see if it works.
