how to do a fresh install of xp pro on a sata drive ?& where to get drivers for my motherboard ?

-Change the boot order in the bios to boot off the optical drive first
-Put the OS disc in
-restart
-press a key when prompted, to start the format/install process
-go to your motherboard manufacturers website when windows is installed to get the needed drivers

yes up and running again,still cant dual boot xp pro and vista on 2 seperate sata drives ,still working on that ,thanks

I believe you need to have both installed on the same drive in different volumes.

YEA,JUST MY LUCK,! IT CAN BE DONE I GUESS, BUT ITS MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH !
