Title Bars gone missing and also programs mess up

Hi Guys,

Well im a bit stummped about this one but here goes,

After about 3+ Hours after a pc hasnt been touched in my office the title bars just dissapear. Not only does this happen but programs either do not function properly or do not run at all! A restart of the PC that it is effecting solves this issue. E.g. Google chrome errors and cannot open web pages, IE doesnt open, And a Trading Software does not open propperly leaving windows not showing which is obviously a problem becasue this is how the employees make there money!.

I Hope somebody can help (And i cant find a thread which helps me)
