I have a problem with sp3:

When detecting any new device windows prompts for a driver wizard even if it knows what is the device!!!Any new USB flash or mouse...

for example if you use a new USB mouse and Keyboard, it will prompt for installing them but without mouse and KB installed, how can we click on NEXT in this wizard???!!!

Why SP3 wont install them automatic ?
I think there is a secret service that doing this....

How can I change my windows configuration not to do this?something like SP2 did?

I tried both SP3 upgraded and SP3 fresh install.
