How do I load Vista 64 over Vista 32?

I have a Dell Inspiron 531 with an AMD Dual core 64 processor. I am running Vista Premium 32 (it came pre-loaded) and would like to change to Vista Premium 64. They both came on the setup disk. Do I have to reformat my drive and install from scratch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
