SD-Card Memory for Ipaq 3850

Hello Newsgroup,

if this is asked before, pls give me a hint where I can find it.

I'm looking for some extra memory for my ipaq 3850. The fastest and easiest
way is to put a SD card in it. But I'm not sure how many MB's this one can
handle. I'd like to start with 512 MB maybe 1 GB. Are there any users, got
experience with this size of memory?
