After installing Service Pack 2, sleep mode stopped working correctly

I am not sure if sleep doesn't exactly put the computer to sleep or not, but the problem is the fans and lights on my antec 900 stay on.
Wtf is wrong and how can I fix it?

Go to control panel and check that wake on lan is disabled, chances are when the service pack was installed it reactivated it.
When working properly the fans should be off, on my case I have a blue light on the front to indicate it's in sleep mode not off and the usual mb led lit, everything else is off.
