OK, so my sound in my hp is not working at all!!! it started when slowly it would stop playing youtube,but then i would restart it and it would be fine. one day i did the same thing, and it didnt work!! It continued to do that, so my dad fixed it, he deleted everything, and re installed everything.. problem is, the sound worked, but the second day it wouldnt.. WHAT DO I DO?!
