Logging In

i added two users onto the windows log in screen. I put myself as the administrator & my daughter with limited. Everything was working great. I have my user & password as form her also. I then added the drivers-SOFTWARE FOR WIRELESS INTERNET FROM TIME WARNER. It was all working great connecting up to the internet, logging on & off no problem. The next day I cant do anything. Will not let me log in or my daughter. Wont let me esc. or just hit enter. Can someone please help me out. I have been working on it a week now & no where.

Are you getting some sort of error message, BSOD, incorrect password notification.......?
