I Built my computer 5 months ago thanks to the guidance of this website and now I have a question for the community.
I purchased Corsair XMS2 DDR2 675mhz 1gb and I'm looking to get more ram to improve the performance of Oblivion and overall my computer. Now that 2gb of memory is much cheaper than than 1gb of memory I bought 5 months ago, I wanted to opt for DDR2 800mhz but seeing as how that memories don't mix to well.
Should I buy the 2gbs of 800ddr2's or get 2gbs of 675ddr2's? Could I tell the deference between the two speeds?
I have a Asus M2N-E which has a limit of 1.95v. Also, the 675s 1gb I bought timings are supposed to be 4-4-4-12 but the mobo recognizes them as 5-5-5-15 2T. I'm not knowledgable enough to change this, but any extra assistance and I would appreciate it.
