I just installed the latest drivers for my new 9600GSO directly from the nvidia website, and I get all sorts of error messages when I try to open the Nvidia control panel.

Error message reads: The NVIDIA Display Panel extension cannot be created

Possible reasons include:
Version mismatch. Reinstalling display drivers may solve this problem.





Should I use the CD that came with the card?

Yeah, that would be the driver the card was tested with. Update to the proper latest Vista driver from the site later.
