Please let me know best configuration for Video Editing & After effetcs.

Lots of RAM, lots of CPU speed, fast hard-drives. Fast video card that is on the programs recomended list so it will use any rendering help the video card can offer.

If you are talking about some type of Windows configuration, don't need to do anything special there.
