My drivers are uninstalled,and divice manager is totally empty

so my system is so slow and looks my all drivers uninstalled and my device manager window has nothing in it anything....so how do reinstalll my all missing stuff

There is nothing in device manager? at all??

you may want to boot into safe mode and do a virus scan.
