Menu button on web page

i went onto a web site to change the colours and stting og the toolbar. I accidently deleted my menu somehow and can't find it

You probably either collapsed it or unchecked the menu bar option. Look under the 'view' menu, there are various toolbars available. You probably disabled one of those toolbars.
