I want to record stuff from my PC, to my PC without fps drop

so, I want to record stuff also while playing and thus using my resources for that. now the little I went through here sugests that I would need to get a ~150€ card (think of it as $ instead of € they are close enough to eachother) and well I would liek to know what card I should get, also it could be cool to be able to get TV-shows through that 'normal' old antenna thingie.

you can propably tell that I do not know alot of this... and well I simply hope someone has the time to read this and gimme some card(s) that I should get. or even what I should look for, so that I would be able to find one myself. (would still be happier if I could just blindly follow your advice )
