Hi, not sure if this is the right section, let me know if its not! I am building a pc as I am starting a computer games technology course, I also do alot of video editing. I use sony vegas, cinema 4d/3ds max (3d animation) boujou and after effects. I have a list of most things I have chosen and would like to know if they are compatible, what would be better or what is overkill and what else I need. I may do some gaming as well but mainly play xbox so it is not essential.
Here be the list.....

Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770K CPU (4 x 3.50GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 8Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 Motherboard (Socket 1155, 32GB DDR3 Support, Intel Z77 Express, ATX, PCI-E 3.0, USB 3.0, Quad GPU AMD CrossfireX, Supports HDMI 1.4a)

GSkill Ripjaws Z Series 1866 CL 9.0 16GB Memory Kit - Red (4x 4GB, DDR3, Quad Channel, Intel XMP Certified)

Asus ATI Radeon HD 6870 DirectCu Graphics Card (1GB, PCI-E 2, 915MHz Factory Overclocked Edition Operation)

Corsair CWCH100 Hydro Series H100 Extreme Performance CPU Cooler

SanDisk SDSSDH-120G-G25 120GB Ultra SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD

Corsair CMPSU-700GUK Gaming Series GS700 High Performance 700W Power Supply

Western Digital WD1002FAEX Caviar Black 1 TB 7200 RPM Internal Hard Disk Drive

Also any help on a suitable computer case would be great and advice on a sound card, i use an onkyo receiver for my audio.
Please ask any questions you need to, all ive done is scan the internet for what to get but thought I may as well ask so I get a better answer!
Cheers!

I can recommend for the case, the cooler master HAF 922 or up

has great airflow, lots of space for all your stuff and adding more if need be, looks great and the cable management is really nice as well
