Intel P35 board 100$ Good buy ?

What do you guys think about this board ? Looks inexpensive, audio and all the latest stuff...

I'm building a PC mainly for gaming (no OC, no SLI) E6600, 8800gtx. It's starting to look like a good choice to me, any suggestions ?

Looks decent enough at first glance... no DDR3 support, and can't tell how it's going to overclock, but since you said no OC and no SLi... sure, why not? Intel motherboards tend to be unfanciful, but solid and stable.

This is a much better buy if you are overclocking.
If not then get whatever is cheaper.
