If you ever buy a computer from <A HREF="http://www.axissy.com" target="_new">Axis Systems</A>, pray that you never have to deal with their customer service. I've had better luck winning radio contests than getting through on their support line (which is only open from 8am-6pm PST, Monday-Friday). Of course, I've never had trouble getting through on their sales line (how convenient). In any case, I ordered my computer a month and a half ago and they still haven't shipped it (I was originally told there was a 10-15 day lead time on system production). They are apparently 2 weeks behind on all their orders. My system better perform like the devil's own to make the wait and hassle I've been through worth it!
