Zen X-FI ?

Hi just wondered if anyone could help? When I connect my 'Zen X-Fi & click on 'Creative centrale' then 'creative Zen X-Fi it doesn't load all the tracks & information as it did before? So I am unable to transfer, edit information etc

Unsure what as happened & how to rectify?

You may not see this but if anyone else is having this issue currently.

Do not use the software that came with the device. Update the firmware via Creative Labs support page and use WMP to interact with the device. I tried multipule times to get Centrale to work correctly and it just seemed to freeze every time. Great product, horrible software.
