Hi just wondered if anyone could help? When I connect my 'Zen X-Fi & click on 'Creative centrale' then 'creative Zen X-Fi it doesn't load all the tracks & information as it did before? So I am unable to transfer, edit information etc

Unsure what as happened & how to rectify?

Appreciate any help pls
