Ram cooling worth it?

Question above...have been looking at this:

Just wondering if its worth me forking out AUD$25 for it or not. Running 4x1gb sticks of OCZ Platinum pc6400

$25, for that thing? You'll get better temps with a 120mm fan and a couple rubber bands. It'll be a whole lot cheaper as well. Just take the fan, screw the 4 screws ment for mounting about half way down, loop one end of the rubber band around the screws, and the other end around the tabs on the ram slots. If you want it quiet you could undervolt the fan.

unless you are going to over clock quite a bit over stock(lets say 900+) you do not need any extra cooling for your ram.

This Corsair Dominator Fan is $5 less. Its pretty much the same thing

I've always heard that they don't make much of a difference. I'm sure the big, crazy ones they have on the $400 RAM will drop the temps a few degrees, but I've never seen any proof. If you aren't overclocking then it doesn't make any sense at all. I like the rubber band idea, I'll have to remember that!
