My partition disk cant talk to my hard drive

Hello,I want to just re partition the computer but the computer keeps saying unable to talk to hard drive due to me getting rid of a certin partition can you help? thanks

Click start: Right click on computor: Left click on Manage: Double left click on storage: Double left click on dick managment. You should now see the drive/drives and sort it from there. Any probs let me know.
