All programs doesn't show my all programs

hello people...
i need some help please,,,
when i click on "all programs" at the start menu i can't see all the programs that i had installed... its just show me some of programs...
then yesterday i was installing the photoshop... i tried to see the all programs, and the shortcut was exist.... but then after i restart my laptop... the shortcut is missing...
it happens not just for photoshop.... some of my programs either.... such as windows media player, adobe, etc.....
P.S. : i just see one column for the all programs... it won't let me to get 2 columns even if i have unchecked the scroll programs,,,,
i really need any suggestions.....
