I simply want to print photos ,that are already stored in my laptop. my printer, hp deskjet F4280 will only print a flight booking info sheet,printed months ago.Any help out there??? BAZ

when the printer icon comes up right click it and cancel that print job.
It sounds like it wasnt able to finish so it keeps trying.
Once it is canceled/deleted it should be fone.

And if the print job just sits there and say "deleting" for a long time, you can open up the task manager and kill the process "spoolsv.exe" then cancel the print job again.
