I have AM2 AMD X2 4200+ @ 2.5ghz / 2046mb DDR2-533 / GeForce 7600GS oc'd by me / Micro ATX AM2 Asus NODUSM3. I need a new case, psu, mobo for AMD Phenoms, and gpu. It needs to be 400$ or less please try and find the cheapest solutions. Thanks.

P.S I wont ever be using SLi or Crossfire so it doesnt need to support it unless its already there then I might consider later on.

Here's an idea - why don't you go and have a look first, and then we'll help you with your choices

im not too good with picking parts because I have never bought any before. I have built a computer but It wasent for me and I didnt pick the parts

For the CPU, go for a 3600+ - they are apparently very overclockable (if you want to overclock)

Otherwise, go for the best one you can get for your budget

I have a 4200+ oc'ed to 2.5ghz already

Apologies for not noticing that you already said you had the 4200+ - in which case your parts seem fine.

But why are you buying a new mobo if you already have a 4200+?

What mobo do you have currently? It's not socket 939 is it?

Well that's two for you  .
For upgrades, I would go t oDDR2-800 RAM and then get a 1950 or 7950 GPU. Still under $300.
