Copy in dos to USB port.

New laptop with no LPT1: port.
have cable going from usb to paralles cable.
previously printed file from a file
call p.bat with
copy x.prn lpt1:/b
copy y.prn lpt1:/b
etc.
Is there a usb substituion for the lpt1: ???

be sure that the printer operates from within windows first

then, try this it may work
copy xxxx.xxx >prn

It may have to be done from a command prompt and not from run in the start menu.
Im sorry that I cant test it for you as my printer is currently broken.
