Does having a faster computer improve your connection speed? I'm using a crappy 1.3 gigz amd with 384 simm with a 32 mb video card. I'm already starting to build a new one but I just wanted to know if having a better NIC, more ram, cpu speed and better video card improve my connection.

there is a certain point where a slow computer will not keep up with a fast connection, your not at that point.
