I would recommend going with an Intel Core i5-3450(no overclocking) or i5-3570k(if you want to overclock).
The HD7770 would run Medium or High, depending on your Monitor Resolution. What is your resolution?
Your Video card seems like it would definitely bottleneck your performance. What is your budget?

I would recommend this. This doesn't overclock, but the GPU and CPU are substantially better for gaming.

Hope all goes well!

games would benefit from a more efficient architecture at the moment rather than more cores thrown onto it. Any intel SB or IB i3 would smoke that FX chip in games. Now if its gonna be for more than just gaming like video editing or encoding, 3d rendering, i say the more cores you throw at that the better. just my two cents.
