This is quite possibly the weirdest problem ever, but anytime I delete a shortcut from the start menu folder, It causes everything to lock up, and I have to Ctrl Alt Dlt it. It may have something to do with my bios, because I just installed a new motherboard today and I just noticed it. What the hell could cause that?
