Boot to the Vista 64 DVD - Select Install and point at the drive with your existing installation. OK the warnings... etc etc etc..
Your original install and data will be put into a folder called WINDOWS_OLD. YOu will be able to access/retrieve your data, but you will have to reinstall your apps.

Boot in with the Vista 64 dvd and start the instalation.
