Greetings,

As a new Vista user, I am having to make a variety of file management compromises to access files.

Although my original logon was as Administrator (of my one person laptop), but now am logged in as User and can no longer access a variety of files and folders including the ever-popular "My Documents".

How do I get access to all the files and folders?

Forgive this beginner's question, but it is starting to be a problem.
