when ever i turn my computer on the screen is black and i can see my mouse i press ctrl shift and esc to get task maneger up and all the services are stopped so i have to run them manuly one by one and its realy anoying because i went on run then msconfig put all programs on run on start up then turned my computer off and on again logged on and it was sstill the same neeeed hlp plzz

when did it start?... Have you tried system restore?
