How do I dissable this on my computer? It keeps shutting down the internet explorer. I tried what the compuer said to do and made the problem worse

what are you trying to access, i'd guess something is on your computer that is affectting your IE, run a malware/virus scan to see if there are any unwanted programs/software on your computer.
