In Outlook 2003, when printing, suddenly the apostrophe is now printing as: $B!G

The quotation marks are also munged up. Any ideas?

Sounds like either a driver problem or a font problem. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. Also check to see what font outlook is using. Try changing an email to a different font and then print it to see if problem still exists.
