I think it might be called the address bar? It's missing in my computer and control panel.

I need to uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types"

I am logged in as a Admin
Windows XP Pro x64

To do that I need to click Start>Control Panel>(at the very top there should be) Tools>Folder Options

I must have done something to make the tool bar at the very top disappear?

Please take a look at the link:

As you can see in the link there is no tool bar at the top, I must have done something to remove it accidently because my other windows xp has it.

Please help.
