I just installed media player 10 and I lost my CD audio function. When I open the medial player and hit the PLAY button on the upper left corner, between VIEW and TOOLS, the DVD, VCD or CD AUDIO option is turned off. How do I turn it on to make my CD audio play again. Did I make a mistake in downloading media 10?

Might try Media Player 11 since that is the most up to date version. You also might try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.

I don't use the default media player as it has a few problems, I'm using VLC, it plays all video and music, it's free and plays stuff that MP won't play with out a lot of hassle(.mkv)
