without warning, my computer shuts down and gives message a fatal error with a bunch of numbers and letters on a blue screen. I don't know much about fixing it though! Whats the easiest thing to do, without buying a new computer!!

try the simple things first, to do a restore to an earlier time, Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore, and pick a time before this started

the next time it happens note the numbers 0x00000000 and come back and tell us.
