Explorer.exe - Add New Folder [Button]?

I would like to add a button to the bar indicated in explorer.exe 's file browser.
The button in question, is intended to "Add New Folder"s, to the currently displayed directory(folder) path. I'm not sure what steps to take, to add such a button to the explorer > toolbar > customize list?
Maybe some one can give me some information on how to make this happen?

Please note, I do -Not- want to include a new bar, Simply add an icon to the pre-existant tool bar.

Windows Xp already has its own creating "New Folder" button on Explorer's common taskpane (webview pane) on Windows Explorer by default (screenshot: http://img20.imageshack.us/i/standardxpnewfolderbutt.jp... ), however, you can have Baxbex New Folder as New Folder button on Windows Explorer toolbar as well as Open and save dialog box. Too bad it has only Windows "old" 98 style icon, not matching with new XP / Vista style, so i have recreated/skinned it with Vista style icon! Btw if you also wanted Baxbex FolderBox skinned with Vista style icons (the original had "old" 98 style icon too, so i've just reshacked it with Vista style icons). Works well on 98, ME, 2000, Windows XP, 2003, also Vista and Windows 7 as well.
