I have 4 HDs on my main PC and for some reason, only the C drive is visible upon startup. Each time, I have to go under Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management and right-click and select "reactivate disk" on any of the 3. Once reactivated, all of them are reactivated and everything works fine, but if I could avoid the hassle of having to do this each startup it would be great. Any idea what might have happened to cause this?

the only thing I can think of is to do just like you do to reactvate the disks then go to the properities of each disk and under the general tab at the bottom make sure the "use this device(enable)" is selected, on second thought, have you reinstalled the OS or is this a all of the sudden problem

Thanks for the response.

It just seemed to start happening all of a sudden. I am actually considering reinstalling the OS in the hopes that it will fix it, but it's a bit of a hassle...

"Use this device" is indeed selected for all of my drives.

Any other ideas?

You can check in the BIOS to see if they are disabled.

If they are disabled in the BIOS, they just wouldn't work period, no?
