Hi,

I wrote early about how I can't access the T-mobile website at www.t-mobile.com

Well, I solved the problem. Please explain this to me: When my DSL/phone line connect to DSL modem to USRobotic Router to NIC card in my computer, I can't access T-mobile's website. I CAN access the internet/other websites though.

To access the T-mobile website, what I did was: connect DSL/phone line to DSL modem to NIC card in my computer. I eliminated the router. Funny that when I use the USR router, I can't access the T-mobile site (I get an error/unavailable page). Please explain, I just want to know why this is so.

Thanks for your knowledge!

My guess would be that your router is blocking a port the tmobile site is attempting to use. You could check it by running a 'sniffer' if you have win2k you can install the network monitoring tool and it works as a 'local' only sniffer. However it's probably not worth the trouble unless you really feel like learning how to read the packet info.
