A few days ago Vista updated. Ever since I have no sound. I reloaded the drivers. Uninstalled them. NOTHING. I have Ubuntu on another drive and the sound works.
I am so frustrated. Please help!

uninstall the device and reinstall the drivers for your sound hardware.

I had the same problem.

Followed Fowang's advice and it worked!!!
