Hello everyone, I've seen many inquiries about the two topics in the subject of my thread. I found some nice explanation by FreeCableGuy from Thetechrepository.com.
Now this might have been posted/linked but the search function of these forum is horrible IMO and didn't find any similar thread.(I've seen mondoman explain this in other thread though).
