I ordered a Dell Inspiron laptop for my fiance who is in Nanning China. She speaks a little English but not enough to use on the laptop. I understand that XP allows you to chnage from English to Chinese Simplified. Can someone point me to where I could get specific instructions to accomplish the switch?

first off, the core will remain in English so it will be useless to her, second send the computer to her and let her get XP installed on it, they have a Chinese language OS here ( yes I am in Nanning, China you can send me personal message if you have any other questions)
