Every once in a while browsing in the Guide I lock on one of these
"Test" Channels.

If I select the channel, it completely locks up my receiver. I have to
pull the power cord to get the system to re-boot. What are the purpose
of these test stations? I presume they are related to HDTV or other
prototype services.
