I’m having problems getting this to work.

I have a new wireless USB client and a pre-existing wired network printer.

I can get one or the other to work separately by disabling either the wired or wireless network.

For example, I can ping my WiFi router when the wired network is disabled but it craps out when I enable it.

I have a feeling it has to do with settings of IP, Mask, and default gateway, because at some point I was getting a network address conflict, but I tried setting the IPs different and it still didn’t work.

Am I supposed to somehow make 2 separate networks by manual settings? I’m stumped.

Please help. Thanks.

Register or log in to remove.

Just use DHCP and let the router assign IP addresses.
