When installing Magicjack, I receive he message,Magiicjack.exe. failed to deploy. Access denied. It may be in use by another program. Although the Magicjack is plugged into a USB port, I will receive a message to plug it in. I did not encounter these problems when I had the Magicjack connected to a laptop that had XP. I exchanged the Magicjack for a new one and still get the same results. Any suggestions?

uninstall ALL magicjack sotware on your computer thats giving you the problems and try installing drivers before the hardware is installed
