I was going to do the PC restore for my Sony Vusta laptop, the thing is, I was thinking of my old Dell XP and on startup, I pushed the CTRL & F11...
Now, all I get is a blank screen on the Vista laptop. Will someone please help? thank you Jenna

you pressed this while the computer was logged in or while booting up ie before the stating windows?
